The agency's two agents were spending 2–3 hours per listing writing property descriptions — starting from scratch every time, despite having the same property details in their notes.
Follow-up emails to buyers and sellers were being written from scratch each time — "thanks for viewing," "here's what to expect next," "we found a match" — all manually, all taking longer than they should.
Buyers were asking the same questions — about the neighborhood, schools, commute times, local amenities — and getting answers that varied in quality depending on how tired the agent was that day.
