Get hands-on with AI.
AI Coaching is a working session, not a lecture. We sit down with your real tasks, get you (or your team) genuinely using AI in the workflow you run every day, and you walk away with prompts, a recap, and a clear shortlist of what's worth automating next — for a fixed price.
You leave able to do the thing — with proof in hand.
This isn't a webinar or a slide deck. It's a hands-on session on your real work, and you walk away with things you keep and use.
A live working session
We use AI on your actual tasks together — not generic examples, the work that's eating your week.
Prompts & templates you keep
A tuned set of prompts and templates for your recurring tasks, ready to reuse the moment we're done.
A written recap & action list
A short, plain recap of what we did and what to do next — so it sticks after the call ends.
A "what to automate next" shortlist
An honest, prioritized list of the tasks worth handing to AI — and the ones that aren't.
Practical AI for the work you actually do.
We shape the session around your tasks. Common ground we cover — for an owner, a small team, or both.
Using AI on real tasks
Pick the right tool for writing, research, summarizing, and drafting — and skip the ones that waste your time.
Getting output you can trust
How to prompt for reliable, specific results instead of the generic filler most people get.
Light automation
Connecting the tools you already use so simple, repetitive steps start running themselves.
Spotting what to automate
Find the high-volume, repetitive work worth handing to AI — and recognize what should stay human.
Getting your staff using it
Hands-on enablement so your people actually adopt AI in their daily workflow, not just hear about it.
Guardrails & accuracy
Where AI helps, where it's risky, and how to keep its output safe, accurate, and on-brand.
Coaching gets you using AI well. It doesn't turn you into an engineer — when a workflow deserves a real, integrated production system, that's a build, and we'll tell you when you've hit that line.
Simple, and over in an afternoon.
No prep homework, no drawn-out program. Tell us what's eating your time and we build the session around it.
Quick intake
You tell us the tasks that eat your week. We shape the session around your real work so none of it is generic.
The working session
A focused, hands-on block where we use AI on your actual tasks — live, together — until you can run it yourself.
You keep the goods
Prompts, a written recap, and a prioritized shortlist of what's worth building next land in your inbox.
Fixed price. Stated length. No surprises.
It credits toward a build. Your session fee comes off the price of an AI Starter build 100% if you decide to have the workflow built and owned within 30 days. If coaching shows you it's worth automating, you've already paid toward it.
- A live, hands-on working session on your real tasks
- Prompts & templates you keep and reuse
- A written recap and action list
- A prioritized "what to automate next" shortlist
Coaching is enablement — getting you and your team using AI. If what you really need is a system built, integrated, and owned, that's an AI Starter, and we'll point you there rather than stretch a session to fit.
Know which one you actually need.
They're different products. Coaching teaches you to use AI; a build hands you a production system you own. Here's the honest line.
Start with coaching when…
- You want to use AI yourself and get more out of your day.
- You're exploring and not sure what's even worth automating.
- You want your team upskilled and actually adopting it.
- You'd rather learn hands-on than hand the whole thing off.
Go straight to a build when…
- You already know the workflow that needs automating.
- You don't want to run it yourself — you want it handled.
- It needs to be integrated with your tools and owned outright.
The things people ask first.
How long is a session?
A Power Hour is 60 minutes, focused on one problem. The Half-Day Intensive (solo or team) runs about four hours — enough to work through real tasks and leave with prompts, a recap, and a shortlist. The length is fixed and stated up front; you're never billed by an open-ended clock.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole point is to meet you where you are and get you using AI on your real work — no jargon, no setup required on your end.
Will you build my system in the session?
No — coaching is hands-on enablement, not engineering. If a task deserves a real, integrated, production system, that's a separate build (AI Starter), and we'll tell you when you've reached that point.
What do I actually walk away with?
Working prompts and templates, a written recap and action list, and an honest shortlist of what's worth automating next.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. The team package is built for getting your staff using AI in their day-to-day workflow, not just the owner.
Does the fee count toward a build?
Yes — 100%. If you move forward with an AI Starter build within 30 days, your session fee comes off the price.
